Shipping Policy
All shipping to Caribbean countries will be by our preferred courier FedEx. If we issue a return shipping label, it will be a FedEx shipping label. We do not cover the cost of the customer's travel cost to and from the in country FedEx location.
The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for purchases, returns and exchanges. Shipping costs on the original order are non-refundable.
Orders for items that require an export license will only be shipped when the export license is approved. Export licenses are generally approved within 45 days however the government agency reserves the right to extend the processing time. The duration of the process is out of our control.
Return & Exchange Policy
We operate primarily as a facilitator for export management. While we can warranty the wide variety of items in our online store, the lengthy export licensing process makes it difficult to accommodate returns for other items we purchase on behalf of our customers. The timeframe between purchase coupled with the export licensing process and shipping time to the end user and back to us for exchange (if necessary) makes it difficult to be able to stay within the timeframe that most sellers offer for returns, therefore all sales are final. Be guided accordingly.
We do not have a license for importing Firearms into the United States therefore any return of a firearm for a manufacturer's warranty claim must be handled directly with the manufacturer of that firearm.
Other products may offer lifetime manufacturer's warranty which you may seek to claim directly with them but bear in mind that they may not be able to export the repaired or replacement item to you. You will have to use our consolidation and export service for this. The cost will be based on the nature of the item, whether an export license is required to re export the item and it's shipping weight and dimension. Please get in touch with us on a case by case basis to facilitate such arrangements
If the value of the return or exchange is significant, please consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. SASMAN Sales LLC does not independently insure return shipments. For the record, all sales are final.
If you need to return products in accordance with our policy, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend that you package the product(s) appropriately and use a traceable, insured service as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
Be mindful that the packaging and return policy of the manufacturer that you're seeking to get an exchange from is another policy that you will need to abide by in addition to ours.
