Terms of Service:

  • If you ship items to us without having an account or without including your account number in the address, the items will be disposed of without any notification , credit or payment to you.

  • To engage with us, you must create an account and keep the account information up to date, e.g. valid identification.  You have to await approval of your account prior to engaging our services.  We will inform you about your application status by email.

  • SASMAN Sales LLC has three offerings – Sales, Personal Shopping & Export and Consolidation & Export.  We do not offer any other services to account holders whether expressed or implied.

  • When you make a purchase of an item that we offer for sale and that item does not require an export permit, that item is shipped the next business day or as soon as the item becomes available if on backorder or being shipped from an offsite/centralized warehouse location.

Items that require an export license will trigger an export license application and will only be shipped when the export license is approved by the United States Department of Commerce.If the license is not approved, the purchase price is refunded less a 15% restocking and handling fee.This applies to items bought directly from SASMAN Sales’ online inventory.


With respect to items that you’ve asked SASMAN Sales LLC to purchase on your behalf, we are unable to guarantee any return of such items because (1) Export License applications may take 45 days to be determined.This time frame is usually longer than the return by date allowance of most retailers and manufacturers.If we obtain a denial notification for any reason, we will give you the option of returning the item if this occurs within the threshold of the seller’s allowance for returns.In such case, the sellers terms and conditions of return shall prevail including any restocking fee or processing fee.

 

If no return is possible, we give you notice to have someone collect the item(s) on your behalf from our location or location where the item(s) may be stored.You will have 7 days to retrieve the items or the item(s) will be forfeited without any further notification, credit or payment to you. 

  1. Items shipped to us for consolidation and export can only be firearm parts & accessories and related items.  We will not accept items such as stoves, TV’s and appliances and household items.  Items that require an export permit will only be shipped if/when the export permit is approved.  If the export permit application is denied, you will be notified and given seven (7) days to retrieve the items or the items(s) will be forfeited without any further notification, credit or payment to you.

  2. In either case, when the item is ready to be shipped, we will give you notification that it is ready and the cost of shipping.  You will have 48 hours to confirm and send us the payment.  The items will be sent out on the next available transport.

  3. We provide insurance while the items are in storage at our location(s) in Florida.  While insurance is available during transit between our facility and the port of arrival in your country, Insurance is not automatic.  You will need to specify that you would like to purchase insurance on your package, before the package departs our facility.

  4. Account Cancellation: We retain the right to cancel your account at any time without cause and without need to provide prior notification. An Account Holder may cancel their account at any time provided that account is in good standing and all outstanding money has been settled. 

  5. Any funds outstanding funds attract interest at 29.99% daily compounded rate from the date of arrears until the date of settlement.  The same rate applies to returned cheques and other payment facilities that are not honored.

  6. Limitations: For customers in Trinidad & Tobago, you can only order non-commercial quantities and only items, accessories and parts that are compatible with the firearm(s) listed on your FUL.

  7. There is not limit to how many times you can place orders.  In the event that we detect/suspect abuse if the facility we will inform US authorities and any foreign law enforcement or Customs entity of those suspicions. No US Sales.  We do not sell within the United States or Canada.

  8. We only treat with customers that have the required Firearm Users License and or import permit as may be required in the respective jurisdictions.

​Export Policy and Export Restriction Information

The U.S. Department of State's Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, the U.S. Department of Commerce's Bureau of Industry and Security, and the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control administer export control regulations. We request that you (the "Customer") read and familiarize yourself with the following regarding certain applicable export regulations.

 The sale, transfer, transportation, or shipment outside of the U.S. of any product prohibited or restricted for export without complying with U.S. export control laws and regulations, including proper export licensing, documentation or authorization, is strictly prohibited and may result in civil penalties and/or constitute a federal crime. SASMAN Sales LLC will not engage in any transaction that breaches export laws of any kind for any product(s) and will not assist directly or indirectly with the illegal export or re-export of any product(s). IF we become aware of any attempts to violate US export laws, we will report it to the Department of Homeland Security.

Several firearm-related items require an export license.  In addition to pistols, rifles and shotguns, other items as well require an export license including for example:

  1. Ammunition

  2. Reflex Red-Dot Sights. 

  3. Iron Sights.

  4. Night Vision and Thermal Equipment.

  5. Laser Aiming Devices

  6. Firearm Accessories.

  7. Trigger Kits.

  8. Detachable Magazines.

  9. Shotgun Magazine Extension Tubes.

  10. Sling Swivels.

International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR): Some items are subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and export is strictly prohibited without authorization or a license issued by the U.S. Department of State's Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. By proceeding with a transaction to purchase any ITAR restricted item(s), the Customer certifies that (i) the purchase does not require SASMAN Sales LLC. to export such items, unless SASMAN Sales LLC. has obtained the appropriate U.S. Government authorization; (ii) the Customer does not intend SASMAN Sales LLC to export such items to any destination that is on a US Embargo list for example Venezuela or Cuba; (iii) the Customer does not intend to export, transfer, sell, or furnish the item to any foreign person, whether abroad or in the U.S., including any Foreign Embassy in the U.S., without the appropriate U.S. Government export authorization; (iv) the Customer understands that a foreign person under the ITAR § 120.16 means "any natural person who is not a lawful permanent resident as defined by 8 U.S.C. § 1101(a)(20) or who is not a protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a)(3)," and can mean "any foreign corporation, business association, trust, society, or any other entity or group that is not incorporated or organized to do business in the U.S., as well as international organizations, foreign governments, and any agency or subdivisions of government (e.g. diplomatic missions)" (See ITAR § 120.16); (v) the Customer is a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR § 120.15, meaning the Customer is a lawful permanent resident of the U.S., as defined by 8 U.S.C. § 1101(a)(20), or is a protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a)(3), or is a "corporation, business association, partnership, society, trust, or any other entity, organization or group that is incorporated to do business in the U.S., or is a governmental (federal, state, or local) entity" (See ITAR § 120.15).

Export Administration Regulations (EAR): Some items are subject to the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and export may be restricted by the U.S. Department of Commerce's Bureau of Industry and Security. By proceeding with a transaction to purchase any restricted item(s), the Customer certifies that (i) the purchase does not require SASMAN Sales LLC to export such items, unless SASMAN Sales LLC. has obtained the appropriate U.S. Government authorization; (ii) the Customer does not intend to export such items after receipt from SASMAN Sales LLC to any other country without the appropriate U.S. Government export authorization.(iii) the Customer and or ultimate end user listed on the export license application does not intend to transfer such items after receipt from SASMAN Sales LLC to any other person or entity within the destination country or anywhere else without the appropriate U.S. Government export authorization.

 Important Export Restrictions Warning!

(1) Export of some products is strictly prohibited without a valid export license issued by the U.S. Department of State, in accordance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) (22 C.F.R. 120-130) or a valid export license issued by the U.S. Department of Commerce, in accordance with the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) (15 C.F.R. 730-774).

(2) U.S. law prohibits the sale, transfer, or export of items to certain restricted parties, destinations, and embargoed countries, as identified on lists maintained by the U.S. Department of State, the U.S. Department of Commerce, and the U.S. Department of Treasury. It is the responsibility of the Customer to be aware of these lists, which can be found at the following U.S. Government websites. By proceeding with any transaction, the Customer certifies that the Customer will not engage in any unauthorized transaction involving the export of SASMAN Sales LLC products to any restricted parties or destinations.

By proceeding with a transaction to purchase or ship any items from or through SASMAN Sales LLC, the Customer certifies that it will comply with all requirements imposed by all applicable laws, regulations and administrative policies.

Privacy & Safety

Firearms and the shooting sports are inherently dangerous pursuits. For that reason, please read below and indicate your understanding and agreement to the following terms and conditions:

I understand that any components purchased from SASMAN Sales LLC are only to be installed by a certified Armorer, and that safety and function checks of the installed product(s) must be conducted prior to use.

I understand that there is no liability, expressed or implied, for damage or injury which may result from improper installation, unauthorized disassembly or modification, or use of products purchased or obtained through SASMAN Sales LLC, and agree to hold SASMAN Sales LLC harmless in the event that such damages or injuries occur.

The operator of products purchased from or obtained through SASMAN Sales LLC is solely responsible for their safe and legal use.

 In no event or circumstance shall SASMAN Sales LLC be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special consequential damages, injury, or death whatsoever, arising out of the sale, resale, or in any way connected with the use, misuse, or installation of products and components obtained through or from us. The purchaser/user accepts all risk.

Privacy:

Due to the nature of the items we focus on, we maintain full disclosure to law enforcement, Customs, FBI, CIA, ATF, US Coast Guard and all lawful authorities not named here in both the United States and any country that is the final destination of the goods as well as any nation that may be a transit point or port where goods may have been diverted to due to unusual circumstance or emergency.Outside of law enforcement as described above, we endeavor to maintain the confidentiality of our account holders, what they hold on the firearm license and what they have ordered from every person who does not have a justifiable legal need to know.
